- CFChristopher FranklinDec 8, 20245.0Sam is a really great guy I drive a Mercedes to work well last week when I got off at 5:30 pm I was leaving and my battery light came on so I pulled over and my serpentine belt had broke now mind you it’s late a lot of shops close at 6pm so I googled nearest repair shop and Car Nuts popped up and I seen that their open til 7 so called and Sam answered I explained to him what had happened to my truck and asked if I was able to drive it to him which I was able to so when I got there he noticed my top pulley was bad that caused the belt to go bad so he went and picked the parts up while I waited in the waiting room he got back fixed my truck and I was there no more then an hour Sam is my new mechanic.
- DWD. WAug 24, 20245.0Sam is a great guy, with a lot of knowledge and experiences on the car, and was able to rapidly troubleshoot the issues with my car. Our friend recommended him a couple of years ago and had a lot of good words to say about Sam and his shop so we went to him with confidence. We have been getting our cars repaired in his shop since. For instance, recently, my car AC stopped working and in this weather (often ~100F) it is painful to drive a car without AC. Sam and his team quickly identified what the issues were and replaced the parts immediately, and now AC is working well. Sam made the whole repair process smooth and also offered to follow up if there is any issues with the repair. We are grateful for his work. I would recommend Sam and his shop to my friends and anyone who is looking for a reliable, quality, honest car repair and service.
