My issue with Strickland Brothers is NOT for the cracked housing unit, but how do I go to Strickland for an oil change and they don't even notice this? And then to just do an oil change and to make the issue worse by doing the work. I called to let them yesterday know of my issue and they told me: Do not bring your car here. Really? How can you be a reputable business and not at least try to address the issue I'm having? Thank goodness it was something that was brought to my attention before it was too late and I'd have NO vehicle to drive. We can't even look after each other in this world? Business is business? Drive in, cash in on over $100 for an oil change, and not have the respect for your customers to say: Bring it in and let's see if we can help you? So, here's what we did....we found somebody else through other connections and HE is getting paid to do the work. Never again will I take my car to Strickland Brothers. Just all about the money and you have lost sight of who is really important: YOUR CUSTOMERS!
