The pickup process was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as reserved. Special thanks to Victor, who was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Drop-off was easy and well-organized. Overall, a very reliable and pleasant rental experience. I would definitely recommend Sixt and will rent from them again.
- JQJamal QureshiDec 4, 20252.0First of all no greeting at all!Originally reserved a Mercedes suv ended up with the vehicle not available and asked rep to give me an suv preferably x7 or x5 he did not listen and gave me downstairs a 5series sedan. Later offered an expedition which just was rented out,asked to call back later or come back for suv bmw He was not courteous at all. Went back as I was told a suv is available find out it doesn't have new stickers and mgr is not picking up the call Offered a atlas found out it was heavily cig smoked vehicle was hard to breathe, they swapped again for x3 which had barely arrived. After alot of drama and waste of time They charged me a lot. Mgr did not greet me when I was returning vehicle or addressed the concern only a small credit was applied later. Only one employee was very courteous and greeted professionally and tried her best to help us even arranged a x3 in last minute called and confirmed before swapping , she said she doesn't have enough authority but will try to help Get me something better than atlas without odor.

- MOMohammad OoOct 13, 20251.0Today I had one of the most unfortunate experiences ever with SIXT. Their service was shockingly unprofessional, especially the manager, Jaime. I waited for over 2 hours, only to be told that they didn’t have the same car I had rented — not even the same class! Instead, they offered me a Hyundai, saying they needed to change its oil, while I had booked and paid for a BMW. As if that wasn’t enough, after all the waiting, they suddenly asked me to pay an additional $900, even though I had already paid in full online — including full insurance! Then they told me they wanted to cancel my reservation and make a new one at the higher rate. This was completely unacceptable. I’m sharing this so others can be aware before booking with SIXT — especially at this branch.
