My friend was not able to get her rental because they advertised taking debit cards & then proceeded to tell her that she needs a credit card to rent. Now we both have to figure out how she is going to get to her airbnb. Our girls trip is starting out GREAT … thank you Sixt Car Rental 😐.

I arrived at this location to switch out the rental car since they gave me a car that needed maintenance with the knowledge that this was a long term rental. No one was here to help and I was on the phone with customer service while waiting here for nearly two hours. Customer service kept hanging up on me randomly while on hold and I was on hold for longer than I actually talked to anyone at all. There was another person at this location having the same issue and they said that they had told whoever they spoke to on the phone a set time that they’d be there and yet no one was here and they left them waiting as well. The only option I was left with was to drive to another location which would then charge me a fee for going to another location. This was an extreme inconvenience and incredibly unprofessional by this location. First time using them as well. Highly disappointed.
