    Brutal, sitting here waiting 20 minutes with no one at the booth. It’s like a storage unit. Okay but Kia was the goat so I’m changing to a 3 instead of a 1

    Very excellent experience with Genesis. Walked in and walked out within 5 minutes. Same with retuning the car. Everything was a simple process, the car was clean, new, and ready to go. All other staff members were very nice and helpful. Definitely will rent from them again in the future if ever I need another rental. Great experience overall. Didn’t have issues with anything at all.

    I made a reservation online for a premium SUV with a scheduled pickup time of 4:30 PM. Upon my arrival at approximately 4:25 PM, I was informed by the front-desk associate that the vehicle would be ready shortly as it was being cleaned. However, after waiting nearly one hour, I was told that the vehicle was no longer available due to recall issues — information that should have been known and communicated prior to my arrival. When I requested to speak with the on-site manager, I was told another vehicle was being cleaned and would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. This proved to be another misleading statement, as the only available option offered was a downgraded sedan — not comparable to my reserved premium SUV. To make matters worse, I was informed that I would still be responsible for paying the original SUV rate, despite receiving a lower-class vehicle. This experience was both unprofessional and unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer care demonstrated by the staff at this location does not reflect the service quality that Sixt promotes.

    Worst experience imaginable. Lady at the front immediately treated us like enemies rolling her eyes etc. Talked with someone else and they brought us a car around without a walk through or any paper work on any pre existing damage to the car. Brought the car back and charged us for an existing small damage to the car. $500 later and a horrible customer service experience later, I have vowed never to use this company. If you value your dignity and dollar I encourage you to do the same.

    DO NOT use this rental car company. We rented a car in December 2024 and when we returned it Sixt claimed we damaged the vehicle. We said we did not damage the car but instead of getting a lawyer to obtain video of the car damaged previously we turned a claim over to our Chase credit card benefits team. Chase provides rental car damage insurance for repairs not covered by another policy or coverage so you are not out of pocket for a deductible. We informed Sixt per THEIR request the contact information for Chase card benefits and Sixt claimed they would work with Chase. I spent hours shuffling around emails and documents to both Chase and Sixt. Fast forward Chase send Sixt a check to cover the damage 3/21/2025. Sixt rejects the check claiming the payable to information prevents them from cashing it! Do you think Sixt provided Chase with the correct payable to information yo reissue the check OR contacted Chase direct….NOPE! Sixt returned the check with no communication to Chase in April 2025. Fast forward to the end of September 2025 and Sixt starts sending me payment demands. I have filec a complaint with the BBB and asap if I can will file one with the FTC for predatory payment collection. Sixt needs to go do THEIR job and contact Chase. I will NEVER rent here again. Updates to this review! I obtained communication directly from Chase Credit card services on 10/17/2025 saying they were re-issuing payment to Sixt car rental for the damage. 10/20/2025 after my original review google review was Posted and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Sixt is now threatening me with debt collection if I don’t pay them for the damage. Sixt had answered my Better Business Bureau complaint 10/15/2025 claiming they would contact Chase credit card services directly to obtain the payment Chase has been trying to give them since March 2025! Chase credit card services has issued a check for now twice. Sixt has been authorized to speak direct to Chase credit card services since December 2024, but still refuses to talk to them instead chooses to still threaten customers. Seriously you are a fool if you do business with this company!
