When I arrived I was greeted and helped by Hannan. She was super nice and friendly. She offered different options and ultimately helped me with what I was happy with. Car was amazing nice, clean and with no problems. At the time of return Deshaun I belive was her name was also very nice and helpful. She inspected the car and made sure everything was good and completed my return. I will for sure come back the next time I need a rental. It was fast easy and pain free. Thank you ladies for making it a great experience.

I returned to SIXT because earlier this year I rented an SUV for a summer trip and I had an excellent experience as well. I plan to continue renting from SIXT for my future trips. At this particular location, Darnie was amazing, polite, and made me feel like I was a special customer. She should receive 6 stars. Exemplary service for other companies for sure.
- BMBig 3 MBGCOct 20, 20251.0Make sure to read the details on the policy especially if you recently updated your current address, not only that you need your government ID and Vista/Mastercard but you also need your passport, passport card, work photo ID, school photo ID, bank statement has to match your current address. I was quite disappointed because whenever you click the instructions on your booking, it only tells you what’s needed is a photo ID and your card number.
