I imagine customer service can be difficult but she comes with a great energy which made us excited for our day trip and that set the tone for our day.

Do not use this rental company find another one. Complete garbage.

Most rental agencies I deal with are happy to offer me a free upgrade if they don't have a vehicle in my class ready to go. Instead, I had to wait 30 minutes while they cleaned a car for me. Good thing I specified my pick-up time on my reservation. Clearly that meant nothing.
