  I decided to rent a car from here because it offered the cheapest options online. The cheapest model (I requested a Nissan, but they gave me a Corolla) should normally cost $300 for four days. They told me I needed full insurance because I don't live in the US. I had previously specified that I wanted a full tank of gas. When I returned the car, the tank was only a quarter full, and they charged me $100 for the gas. Also, despite only passing through toll booths 2-3 times, I received a $36 bill today. They expect me to pay $536 for the cheapest three-day+5 hour car rental. For your information.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Emmanuel at the rental car center. From start to finish, he was nice, knowledgeable, and very respectful. He walked me through the process thoroughly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His level of customer service was outstanding, and he made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Be very careful!! SIXT is a scam company- they will charge you for false “damages” up into the thousands of dollars that do not exist. When you “dispute” and contact them they ignore you. I returned a perfectly unscratched RAV 4 to the rental at IAH and was sent a $2000 bill with pictures… that showed no scratches! Do not just take my word for it- see the recent 11 million dollar class action lawsuit settlement for false damage claims. Or the thousands of posts indicating that this is standing operating procedure for this company. SIXT is a fraudulent company and they should be ashamed of their behavior. I have taken this to local and national papers in hopes of getting the word out to people before they get scammed out of thousands. It’s not even about the money anymore.

  I wish I could rate them negative or at least zero. This location is an absolute scam. They will try to rent you a car with damage and then charge you for the damage as well and the previous and probably future customers as well. It’s clearly a company priority. If you search national reviews for this company you will see how dishonest they are and how many customers report scam damage claims. Absolutely avoid this company at all cost. Pay more for your rental to avoid this sham company. They will try to put a bogus damage claim against you if they can figure out a way to do so.

  The check in staff was kind, but the return staff, they should be cops or something, especially the one, who kept on calling. "Sir, Sir leave the keys in the cup holder" I said "OK lady let me take my luggage". Then she said" the rear door will open without the key in my hand". Hey I just want to take my luggage before I forget. She comes and takes the key and hangs it on the visor, not the cup holder herself. Takes a picture and makes me sign. I said "Is everthing Ok" She never replies. I filled the tank, I ask "Is the tank full". She says "sign here". Thinks she is some kind of TSA agent. Then I said, "You have an attitude for sure". Then she says, " you have one too". I ask her because I cant here well, ".What did you just say". She says, "You have an attitude". Thinks she is some kind of a beauty quen or something" She trots off. I wanted to give lower review maybe "0". Why do most of the people behave so abnoxious with the passengers. We have push our own trays, they just stand there. One of mh worst Airport experience. Yelling and screaming everwhere. Sorry about the review. Never again SixT.
