    We had a communication issue at the beginning, but in the end Javier was able to resolve everything and deliver excellent service. He made sure the situation was handled professionally and that the car was returned in great condition. Really appreciate his effort and attention to detail!

    Took my vehicle in for a quick fix, Javier Medina took excellent care of me and fixed my issue on the spot, yes, it was something minor, but they took care of it quickly and I didn't have to leave my car in for days. They would've probably charged a fortune anywhere else, not at Sewell Collision.

    This place has excellent customer service! Alan helped me get my car fixed and he was great! He definitely went the extra mile. I was updated about my car every step of the way and when I picked my car up, it looked like I just got it fresh off the lot again. I’m so glad I decided to bring my car here. I am very pleased and satisfied. Thank you so much!

    This was the best repair place hands down for my car repair. Javier was my assigned rep during the process and his customer service was excellent. He was thorough with updating me on each stage of my car getting repaired. Customer service was superb and they really had great refreshments and cookies during my visit!
