    Wanted to take a quick second to brag about the outstanding custom service Anne Marie provides and to point out how well Sewell takes care of their customers. These flowers were given to my wife and I for having twin boys. And that is why Sewell is #1 in the auto dealership industry!

    Wow they did it again. This is my 3rd Cadillac from Sewell and 1 previous Audi as well. They provided us with the best service and in a timely manner. I started looking and with in a week after all my questions on this third caddy i was happy with what I go. Rondan was a great et person to work with and I am happy with what I got. I have my make on and ready for my TV commercial.

    i JUST called them at 12:42 Jan 5th, 2026 to try and get service for my 2016 Cadillac ATS, the guy basically tells me without even seeing my car, that they are going to AUTOMATICALLY suggest i replace my entire transmission. Google says my issue is SUPER COMMON with a sensor or a wire, but this guy makes it a point to let me know my buisness is NOT welcome nor appreciated. I guess i can say thank you because i didn’t have to waste my time, but i hope those calls are recorded in the service department. i’ve never been turned away so nonchalantly like he was doing me a favor. that is INSANE

    Horrible service, they give you a different price over the phone for a basic service, which is almost double of what a regular mechanic charges, to bring you all the way and changing the price when you arrive. Avoid them if possible.

    Have been trying to order 3 Cadillac Escalade v’s for over a year was told I was on waiting list I had no problem with that I have an Escalade now and so does my sister who bought hers from Sewell called last week to get an update no call back and this is not the first time this has happened I’m a tom peacock customer was going to convert to Sewell since my sister bought her Escalade there their salesman and saleswomen are a disgrace, I was told we were 25,26,27 on the list again which was fine I have been calling them about them since October 2024 they did tell me it would most likely be 2026 I was good with that but their lack of communication has made me feel like their commercials are fake coming from a family owned business that’s been going for over 50 years I could not imagine doing business this way I think they favor their longtime customers which is fantastic but not to even get a call back and I have called several time spoke to salesman Austin I believe his name is, I have emails stating we were on list I even ordered through Cadillac and had the order sent to their dealership and somehow they got cancelled or something was weird did that 3 time is “Absoloutley crazy”anyone else have this problem with Sewell on Katy freeway
