    Took my CT5V Blackwing in for service. Asked for an appraisal and a sales quote for a new one. Car was there for two weeks and Sales guy refused to make an offer for my car and then told me he would give me a quote on a new one. Never happened. Then he says they sold the car to someone else. Then offered to quote an inbound unit. Never happened. Horrible experience and I would not recommend this dealership on the sales side. I will say my Service Advisor Kyle did a great job of communicating each day the status on my repairs. It’s a shame that the sales side could not offer the same level of service.
