Don't waste your time. Dealership is more interested in making a quick buck than actually helping customers. I'm an out of state buyer and wanted to purchase a vehicle they had for sale, was willing to pay their asking price. Was told they don't take deposits and even if I did purchase, they can't hold it for more than a week. Started the process by sending a copy of my drivers license and an updated insurance policy with the car added to it, both per dealerships request. Next step was to go to the bank and wire funds but the bank was closed for Veterans day. Then I get an email that night saying the car had been sold to someone else. Do your car shopping elsewhere.

We were in the market for a very specific used car, and had several bad experiences at other dealerships before finding it on this lot. It was priced competitively, we weren’t required to purchase additional warranties that we didn’t want, and it was delivered to us in better condition than when we bought it!! I have used Sewell many years ( last 10 yrs) in the past for our car repair. But recently my husband called and spoke to Dillan to get a quote on my AC getting fixed. I know it was Friday afternoon but at least let us know you’ll get us a quote my Monday. He stated he’ll call us back but NEVER DID! My husband called Monday left message but still nothing. Then he called ask the representative she could help, then called again got another lady then she gave us at least a quote $285 to diagnose and maybe starting at $2000 with diagnose cost goes toward that amount.
We were going to go with Sewell because we believe and trust your company but after this NOT AGAIN. YOU HAVE LOST OUR TRUST AND CONFIDENCE IN YOUR COMPANY!
