- BIBC INov 12, 20251.0Marie Ann lacks customer service ethics, Responsiveness is poor. Mr. Fuentes at the front desk. This is not a Popeyes drive-through. You should carry yourself as a Sewell employee trough every aspect and interaction with the customers, perhaps you should read Mr. Sewells’s book again? The customer service that I received this time was poor both from the service advisor who lacked communication attention to detail and service experience and the young lad, Mr. Fuentes. When people start getting comfortable at work, they develop the habit of not caring for the customer. This was a perfect example of it. At Sewell service manager, ensure your employers are getting a refreshment on customer service ethics.
