I could come back in and they fixed both issues but rear mirror came loose again during driving (very dangerous situation). I came back in again and it was fixed again but the mirror came loose again during driving (again, dangerous). They offered to come back in again but at this point I told them I lost confidence they could actually fix it so I suggested to get a partial refund and fix it myself. I was told they would discuss it for approval, but never got back to me. After weeks and several calls from my side still no solution as of today and most disappointing is that my recent calls are all left unanswered and the system doesn’t even recognize me anymore (whereas it recognized my completed service before). Wonder if they blocked my number or threw me out.
