- CPChelsea PerryOct 6, 20251.0I bought rims and tires for 1200 cash 10/4l3/25 at the bissonnett location. I drove home and my tire sensors stopped working. And my tires were shaking once I got to 60 mph on the freeway. Brought my car back and basically was told the programmed the sensors on there machine but the car is not receiving the signal. Now the sensors were there sensors I was given for free. They would not accept their sensors were faulty and told me they could not do anything about it. Wanted to charge me 100 to take the sensors off my factory wheels to place on the rims. After arguing and the tech guy getting loud and being rude to the customer. They decided to change the sensors for free. Long story short I just decided to pay 150 package for the sensors and guess what they worked. I asked why my car was still shaking and was told it was my wheel bearings. I went to discount tire for a second opinion and rent a tire did not balance the tires nór did they place a ring on the hub of the tire because the rims are after market rims. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY AT THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING/AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. MY CAR WAS I need help yall I don't know what to do my husband called and said there was a search and that a Sargent Jacob's claimed she found a book with a roach in it and said she's pinning it on him because it was in his area he pleaded with her and explained it wasn't his and that for her to drug test him she refused and said that his responsible for it because it was in his area ! What can I do to fight this and will he be charged they said they were moving him to G4 tomorrow?! Any Advice this is at middleton unit! 2016 CHEVY MALIBU. YOU WOULD NE BETTER OFF GOING

I originally opted in to have my payments taken out bi- weekly, but they insist on taking the payment every week. The guy whoever calls is rude and talk aggressive. Oh and let’s not forget they’re calling your references without a proper greeting demanding to get in contact with you to make a payment. -0/10 lesson learned

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Can I purchase or rent to own only?
Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
