- APAdministration PowerproAug 15, 20251.0I literally just witnessed my neighbor asking to buy a pack or cigars. I was utterly shocked at the service from the employee working. I'm pretty familiar with the morning and evening workers because I am constantly in and out the store for soda refills. My neighbor and her husband both met at the store I later learned. As she tried to make her purchase she was asked for her ID. She told the clerk she didn't have so she then called her husband who was outside and told him to bring his ID. Once he enter and approached the counter she still refused to sell him the cigars because he only had a photo in his phone. I later later learned that when he and his wife drove around the corner to their house and he got his license, the store clerk still refused to sell him the pack. This review is to state that if one employee is going to ask for ID ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO ALWAYS ASK FOR ID EVEN IF ITS A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND THEY ARE UN THE STORE BACK TO BACK EVERY DAY. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND EVEN AS JUST BEING THERE AND WITNESSING IT , IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND SEEMED EXTREMELY RACIST COMING FROM THE LADY

My husband and I have been doing to this store since it finally opened.. This woman was super rude to me and then later rude to my husband. I'm not sure way she's there I never seen her before but she definitely needs more training on customer service! No consideration for regular customers and when I called the store to express my frustrations. She hung up in my face and took the phone off the hook, leaving it to I ky get a busy signal
