- SHShyla HealeyOct 4, 20252.0I have tried giving this QT multiple chances to redeem themselves over the last year, however, today was the last. We seen 2 roaches in the coffee bar area. We understand times can get busy, and limited staff to clean in between rushes. Most times (no matter what time we go) this location is a mess. We have on multiple occasions turn right back around and go to another QT thats further. I will say the only thing great that we do experience is the staff and their greetings. For that we will give 2 🌟. If its not bottled or sealed... we won't get anything here.

Tonight wasn't the night to do that in front of me let alone that woman needed help yo cashier tonight refused to give her any help include security who drive a white Dodge truck, explorer n dark gray Honda Accord last four on license plate 0767 white male with mustache. Refuse to help a woman who is handicapped at 11:45 pm 9/22/25 cashier black female on the phone all the time. Work not complete.

I would have given this particular location 5 stars for 1st visiting there tonight except the short security officer thought he needed to keep on top of me the entire time my son and I were there. Why? I've no clue. I don't look like a vagrant, neither does my son. I was showing my son around as he's not been to a QT before. I'll go to other locations we find, just not this one again.
