Even Rich’s car wash on space center is better and half the price. $23 for a drive through wash that was one of the worst drive through washes I’ve ever had. Didn’t even get my back window. Barely got the side windows you can clearly see where the bristles touched the glass and where they didn’t. Half of the sides didn’t get touched, their tire brushes barely do anything. And their car wash bent my front license plate up on both sides. Issues I’ve never had at any other car wash. For $30 at Texas star they’ll wash clean, dry and dust and vacuum out the inside for you. Even rich’s upgrade tire clean wash does better.

- CCCOURTNEY CDec 3, 20251.0They advertise free vacuums on NASA road 1. I only need a carwash every few weeks but I need to use a car vacuum more often. Today I was told I could not use the free vacuums by the carwash attendant, on my way out I saw the free vacuums sign advertised again. I called and let the company know of the false advertising. While I was parked, a male attendant over 6 feet tall and easily at least 280 lbs came to stare at me while I was on the phone with the company to inform them of the discrepancy and confusion on placement of their sign. It is advertising free vacuums right next to NASA Johnson space center and has been for months. I had been considering purchasing a membership for a few months and now I will take my business elsewhere. This is not how you build good rapport with the community.
