- BABev ADec 19, 20251.0I'm not sure if management has changed or if something else is going on, but this used to be my favorite wash in the area and I enjoyed my membership. Lately they just don't care. The wash attendants will wave you in without checking if your tires are properly aligned for the rails; and sometimes they'll look and not give af and wave you forward anyway. This happened to me the last 3 times I went and has significantly scratched my wheels. I pull in as straight as I can but obviously I can't see my own tires while I'm in the car. They used to signal for you to go a bit left or right to prevent this, now they just don't care. That was enough for me to cancel my membership in itself but then today I pulled in (one week remaining on my membership) and as I was in the membership lane, pulling up to the arm, an employee dragged a Closed sign out and put it right in front of me. At 1p on a Friday with cars still in queue and using the vacuums. Didn't look at me, didn't say sorry, didn't say Hey we're short on people please come back later... Nothing. Just put the sign out and walked away. Whatever happened to this team, it's disappointing and I won't be returning even with a week left on my membership.
