    Update to address the reply: yes she did cancel the account which indicated retributory behavior. Please respond with facts. ______ We have been members of QuickQuack Car Wash for over five years. Today, my husband had a distressing experience with an employee who identified herself as Daisy and claimed to be in charge of the facility. My husband intended to use the restroom inside, as he has done on several occasions without encountering any issues with staff. He acknowledges the signage indicating that customers are not permitted inside, and while this has only occurred a few times in the past, with the knowledge of the staff, this incident was particularly concerning. The issue lies in the manner in which Daisy handled the situation. She addressed my husband in a condescending tone and yelled at him across the facility in front of other customers, ultimately canceling our account. While I am committed to adhering to rules, the tone and manner in which she spoke to him were both rude and unnecessarily authoritative. Your website states, “Exceptional Service - Our Team Members are dedicated to providing you with exceptional customer service.” However, Daisy’s actions directly contradicted this commitment. She embarrassed my husband by creating a public scene and yelling at him from a considerable distance. In contrast, all other staff members we have encountered at this store have been exceptional.

    I have used this location for 3 years and while its vacuums are down often, I’ve overlooked it because it’s close to my house and the staff is usually friendly. Well, this past Sunday I went and the team member didn’t guide me in, just waved me on which resulted in my tire being punctured. I heard a loud sound and saw the team member shake his head. At the end of the wash, my tire was flat. A manager came out and apologized and submitted an incident report. However, I wasn’t called about the report and it was denied without discussing what happened with me. I called the corporate number and all they can assist with is cancelling the membership. I have to go back and dispute the incident report with a team lead. This is a terrible situation as a customer. They admitted fault and yet corporate has nothing to do with damage. So be cautious about signing up for a wash knowing that something can happen.

    Just don’t go here lol. There’s a small plastic piece missing from my passenger side panel and they wouldn’t let me go through the wash. It’s been missing for 2yrs and I’ve NEVER had someone say I can’t get my car washed?? Absolutely ridiculous
