The staff are friendly, but it’s clear that upper management shows little concern. Despite choosing the highest wash package, this branch consistently delivers the worst results compared to other locations. The poor rinsing even damaged the paint on one of my cars, which I recently had to sell. Unfortunately, it’s still the closest location to me, but I hope management seriously addresses these issues soon.
