- CSCamixxe .SNov 13, 20251.0This car wash sucks. I got a membership and I already want to cancel. They don’t provide any spray for interior of car just some cold barely damp towels. I’ve went 2 times and both times my back window wasn’t touched. As you can see in the picture my back window is still dirty. Also the entrance sucks as well, you have to make a u turn on 1-10 and make a sudden sharp turn in the parking lot to not miss it, and if you do! Oh boy you gotta go all the way back around again. And they have their attendants outside putting in license plates, what’s the point of a separate membership line if I have to still wait? All this money yall get and yall don’t have scanners?? Poor workers making 15 year olds stand in the cold and dark when yall could be like any other car wash and have scanners that can detect memberships with stickers. I’ve had memberships at many car washes and this one sucks.

The location is also very inconvenient — they won’t even allow customers to use the inside entrance. Instead, they insist you drive all the way around and make a 10-minute U-turn on I-10 just to get in. That makes no sense at all. Definitely not worth the hassle, and I won’t be coming back.
