I had an incident at this location, and instead of taking responsibility or even looking into what happened, they immediately denied it and dismissed my concern as if I were making it up. There was no effort to investigate, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the issue. A business that chooses denial over responsibility cannot be trusted. I will not return and do not recommend this place to anyone. Let me understand this correctly: are the dryers not part of the car wash? My car went into the wash perfectly fine and came out with a broken part, and the woman tried to put it back on, which she only managed to do at that moment. That's why I disagree.

Some vacuums don't even work and also some of the hoses need repairing but they haven't gotten to replacing them. I and my team visit this location several times a day due to our business account with them. Ongoing issues still haven't been rectified.
