All well and good, arrive at the location and ready to pick up the vehicle when they pull a bait-and-switch trying to charge $135. That's not double but almost 10x the quote. For an hour of use this was definitely not worth it, after failed attempts to contact Penske with a run around through their automated machine I gave up and just went with the Home Depot truck rental. Very unhappy customer here, not only due to the ridiculous price difference but also sitting in rush hour traffic when they couldn't deliver their product as promised.
