- RARezan ŞahinkayaJun 29, 20195.0I had a situation where we realized last minute that we got the wrong size truck and our stuff was not going to fit. Penske Truck rental (Mike on the phone) and the guys at Home Depot went out of their way to help me, even though it was entirely our fault and they were tightly booked as it is. They made it work, that’s amazing customer service. Penske has gained a loyal customer from now on. Also, my mom had tried a 15’ uhaul truck before, and the 16’ Penske truck that we switched to is apparently much smoother and easier to drive.
- MKMeisa KhammedovApr 29, 20181.0Where do i begin. I booked it online. Came to store to pickup. No lie: the process took two hours. I paid almost $900 for a 26 foot truck. They claim their trucks are best in fleet. I beg to differ. No music no back up camera. Not even a signal that you Are backing up to warn others. Very uncomfortable truck. Given to us in horrible condition. The dolly we got was a joke. It was just useless. I wasted two hours waiting for truck because d players are not trained. Two hours j could have spent moving the boxes and furniture. Oh- the icing on the cake. The truck we requested was not available. So we got a bigger truck. In order to charge our phone the charger had to basically be held in place. Ah best- the value is maybe $500 on a good day.
