  Dealt with John today. Nice guy. Very honest. We had a bit of a hiccup with keys… not his fault. He rectified the situation. Would recommend and use them again.

  Cyan and Crystal were very friendly and helpful with the Penske truck check in. We asked if they had military discount which they did so that was great! Highly recommend!!

  Renting from this location was not a pleasant experience. For starters, when we arrived around 1pm, the office was locked with no one inside and no notice on the door to indicate they were closed (the business hours on the door indicated they should be open). While I was sitting in the parking lot trying to call to figure out how to rent my truck, I received an email canceling my reservation "at my request" (which I most definitely didn't do). Apparently, because I didn't show up at my pickup time of 10am, this site decided to cancel, claiming it was my request. After making a few calls, we were told they'd be back at 2, and Penske re-reserved our truck for that time. At 1:50, a lady showed up but very rudely told us that she was "only there to let a contactor in for their renovations" and truck rentals were by appointment only, and the next time she'd be in the office was 4pm. Unfortunately, no one had notified me that we needed to be there "by appointment only". We went back at 4, and finally rented the DIRTY truck. The lady clearly hadn't inspected the truck given all the trash left on the inside, and she marked it as having a full tank, even though it only had half, nor did she notate a giant dent on the hood. She also didn't have the moving pads we'd reserved. Overall, very unpleasant experience with this location.
