  I would give 0 stars if I could, I had bought a 5 year alignment program on 12/14/21 and still had a few months until the plan was no longer valid, The only thing was that I had gotten a different vehicle since then, but I was told when buying this plan that I can transfer up to one vehicle within the lifespan of the five-year program. Today when I went to NTB, and told them that I was wanting to transfer my five-year program to another vehicle they told me that they never heard of a five-year program and even if it was still active, I couldn’t do a transfer. And all they could do was give me a $35 discount on an alignment, which was nothing special considering they were already doing that anyways to anyone who got an alignment so I was given no proper resolution to a mistake that I feel was at the fault of NTB, I’ll be no longer taking my business to NTB due to the little effort they give in trying to resolve any sort of issues.

  Blasting Walmart outta the water. Dont waste your time sitting at Walmart to get your oil change. These guy will take care of your needs and back on the road in no time.

  Bryan was a tremendous help and the whole team went above and beyond when I only came in for an oil change to let me know all details about my vehicle at no extra cost. Definitely returning.

  I misplaced my wheel key. Luis went above and beyond to try and find it. They were able to get my tires on anyway and Ken ordered a new key as well. I came here before a month ago and again today. I will be coming back for an alignment soon!
