  The mgr Montreal was great he went above and beyond to help me out . I was driving and kept hearing a noise while I was driving I pulled over to inspect where the noise was coming from I saw that I only had 3 log nut on my car so I tried to make it to a autozone to buy some but then I saw NTB and pulled in by the time that I pulled up to NTB I only had 1 light on my car and it was hanging off. When I got there the mgr Montrell help me out.Great service and Great experience. Their prices was reasonable but their customer service was Excellent

  The manager went the extra mile to make sure my car was serviced and I didn’t have to reschedule. Everyone really helpful and friendly — even patching my tire for free! Thank you guys!

  I arrived at this location when it open with a slow leak in my tire from the tire stem. Montrell was very welcoming, accessed the tire and informed his team to resolve the issue. Great service, i appreciate it!

  My experience at NTB went exceptionally well. I did my due diligence by researching the need for 4 new tires and an alignment by visiting NTB and checking out Discount Tires. I found that scheduling an appointment was beneficial. I had previously come in before to NTB on Sam Houston Parkway to see what to expect for my purchase. Montrell was easy to work with and was able to discuss and explain the difference in tire brands. He further elaborated about the alignment and the warranty. Montrell provides a quality service here at NTB. I would recommend him and his team.

  Grateful for Mr. Montrell and his team at NTB!! They were very kind and helpful in a situation that was very stressful for me. Mr. Montrell was very patient with me and took his time to explain to me what was wrong with my tires. He checked into different options that would possibly work for me. Although I couldn’t purchase the tires that I needed due to my finances, he changed my flat and put my spare on for me so I could make it to work. He and his team are greatly appreciated!! One of the team members even found my daughter’s jewelry that she had lost and brought it to her. Great customer service and professionalism!!
