He was straight forward but very helpful with the replacement of my battery. I was able to get in super quick. The other staff were very friendly and the quality of work was superb. Hands down this is a NTB that’s you should visit. I would highly recommend.

I came in with my young son due to a low tire pressure issue. One of the maintenance staff members kindly took the time to show me what was wrong with my rim and explained it clearly, which I truly appreciated, especially as a woman trying to make sure my child and I were safe. What was disappointing was the manager’s behavior. He reprimanded the employee for helping me, seemingly more worried about protocol than customer safety. His attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and as if he didn’t want to be there at all. I’m grateful for the maintenance technician who showed genuine care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the manager did the opposite, which made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. I’ll support the technicians, the manager, not so much. I won’t be back

Montrell provided information on cracked rim replacements, the type/size tires I have, and reviewed my battery test results with me. I had an 8am appointment and they were all finished within an hour!
