He also explained the issues with my rotors. This is the third time I've had to replace my rotors, having gone to another shop previously. From now on, I will be taking my vehicle to NTB for service, as they are transparent—telling you everything and even showing you what the problem is. James provided excellent customer service.

Despite this, your team attempted to charge me for a "diagnostic" that consisted solely of identifying a visible CV joint leak while the vehicle was already elevated for the alignment. No specialized teardown, road test, or advanced electronic diagnostics were performed to justify a one-hour labor charge. Furthermore, I was quoted $600+ for a repair that local competitors have quoted at significantly lower rates, suggesting a predatory pricing model. I am requesting a full refund of the $50 diagnostic fee, as this service was neither authorized in writing nor performed to the professional standard required for such a charge.
