  Demarco and his staff were awesome. Was in town for a wedding when we had a flat tire. They took us quickly and within 30 minutes we were back on the road. I was so grateful that I was able to get it fixed since I had a long drive ahead. Grateful that they keep plenty of different tires on hand.

  Great experience today with Odyn and Eduardo! These guys are super professional, kind and knowledgeable. Went in with a nail in my tire and discount tire was closed. They quickly and efficiently repaired the tire and also aired up the other tires. Such a great people handling this location. Will definitely be coming back for any tire needs.

  I’m in my feels about my visit, today! I stopped in here on a whim- out of town from Dallas and desperate for some good service! I had to come back a few days later due to my own time constraints and Demarco remembered me when I returned. He was pleasant, friendly, smiling, joking, professional, and knowledgeable! It was so refreshing doing business with him. I highly recommend this location and doing business with Demarco! A man who has a knack for doing life in a friendly and productive way!   I had an outstanding experience at National Tire and Battery (NTB), especially thanks to Odyn. I came in unexpectedly with a nail in my tire and did not have an appointment, yet Odyn was incredibly attentive from start to finish. He acknowledged me right away, took the time to listen, and made sure I was taken care of promptly despite how busy the shop was. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a priority. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find—Odyn is a true asset to NTB. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.

  All I needed was an oil change and now my car is HEAVILY leaking oil and the battery won't start. Never had an issue with this car and I keep up with maintenance like my life depends on it. There's no reason my car should be making this mess! UNNECESSARY and a complete waste of time! This will NOT be the only review I write. The photo I shared is what it looked like the next morning (9 am). 😡 Update (2:35pm same day): After pulling teeth, the shop arranged to have my car towed back to the Richmond location only for me to watch my car just sit up on the lift for 30 minutes. Noone touched the car, NOR did anyone speak to me about the situation until I stood firmly at the front desk and asked why my car wasn't being worked on. What is the problem? What is the shop doing to fix the situation? I was originally dealing with Odyn but he disappeared (maybe on break or shift is over) but it would have been professional to talk to me before leaving so now I'm dealing with a guy who has ZERO knowledge of my situation. Meanwhile other customers are coming and going. This should have been a priority, especially since I originally called back at 9:15 this morning. I still have no idea what is going on! Beyond pissed right now :( Another update: Turns out the original mechanic who did the oil change didn't NOT put the oil plug back in the car. Apparently I have been leaking oil since 3:34pm YESTERDAY! WOW! I understand mistakes happen but why I'm still sitting here over an hour after the tow truck dropped my car off is insane.
