- JDJoshua Dalton2 days ago5.0Found a flat tire this morning on my car. Called around to a few places to see where I could get in and how much it would cost. NTB was friendly and able to fit me in immediately. Demarco was great to work with and we could not recommend this facility higher.

The mechanic, Demarco, was clear and communicative about what would be done, time frame, and pricing. Everyone was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Demarco really helped make a stressful morning easier.
- JKJohn Kudelka6 days ago2.0I came in for a nail repair on a tire under the Firestone warranty. It was repaired under warranty. I was told it would take 45 minutes. The repair took over 1.5 hours. They did inspections to upsell during this time. I was told they car was OUT of oil. It was 1 quart low per the dipstick, but the techs were either ignorant of this or tried to scare me into unnecessary repairs. I get the attempt to sell the battery, and other nonsense I didn't come in for, but outright lying or incompetence is inexcusable.

I initially came in on Saturday for a vehicle inspection but arrived after 4pm when the inspector had already left. The customer service reps were very kind and let me know to come back the next day. When I returned, Odyn was extremely professional and welcoming. The entire process was smooth and efficient. My inspection took about 10 minutes, and I was in and out with no issues. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location.
