  Juan has been taking care of 5 of my families cars for over 10yrs and he is always helpful friendly and trustworthy. I have the typical teenagers who like to do “curb checks” and I’m in construction going to job sites with nails so I end up using the warranty often on my F150. They stay busy but they don’t treat you like a number thanks 😊 again

  Came in with my first ever tire issue, completely clueless about different brands and prices and whatever else you need to know when buying a new tire … but thankfully Emily was at the shop and very kindly explained the differences and gave her best recommendations! I definitely feel like I got the best deal suited to my needs thanks to her and NTB!

  10/10 – I will definitely be coming back! Emily was fantastic. She made me feel heard and reassured, and she took the time to clearly explain everything so I fully understood what was going on. I regret not remembering the store manager’s name, but he was equally helpful—he thoroughly explained the issues with my car in a respectful and straightforward way. The service was quick, professional, and they made sure my vehicle was safe and ready before I got back on the road. Highly recommend!
