  I will never trust this shop with my vehicle again, and I hope my experience can serve as a warning for you to stay far, far away. I came in for a simple oil change and tire patch. They didn't have the right kind of oil available, so it was a very long wait while they went to get some from another location. While driving later that day I began to receive alerts about the battery. Shortly after, white smoke start billowing out from under my hood. I pulled into a parking lot and popped the hood. Oil was covering the outside of the my engine and belt. I couldn't determine what the issue was and had to call a tow truck to bring it back to this shop. This took all day so they were closed already. The next day I went back and got under the hood with them before they brought it in to determine the issue. They told me that an employee had accidentally spilt a little oil on the engine while filling it and didn't bother to clean it off. THEN, they tried to tell me the bulk of the liquid wasn't actually oil, but was coolant from a leak in the temperature housing unit (which is true, but did not contribute to this incident and was used as a scapegoat). Instead of being apologetic and offering to make the situation right, they said the main problem was the coolant temperature housing and tried to sell me additional services to fix it for about $550. The part is $60 and the job is considered relatively easy, even for an amateur mechanic...They even ran a battery test and tried to sell me a new battery. The battery was low because the oil they spilt was causing the belt to slip on the alternator. There wasn't a problem with the battery itself, which started working perfectly fine right away. If this post stops even one person from going to this shop I would consider it a success, and I sincerely hope it has much bigger impact on the business than that. TLDR: An employee spilt oil on the engine and didn't clean it, which caused problems requiring a tow back to the shop. They found a coolant system leak, framed that as the main issue, tried to upsell services to fix that, and tried to sell me a new battery which wasn't needed whatsoever.

  The main building and shop area are very clean, customer service is on point and Darrell was very attentive and helpful. Price is very reasonable and was able to negotiate tire price. they also have a very nice waiting area.

  Darrell and his team did a quick and amazing job changing out our tires and also brought to our attention a couple of future car maintenance needs.

  Great experience with Darrell on Christmas Eve. I got a flat tired after a curb hit me and wasn’t getting good service till I came to NTB n was met with the friendliest customer service. 10/10
