    I came in for an alignment, and thankfully they did correctly diagnose bad tie rod ends, so they didn’t do the service. But they wanted to charge $800 for the replacements… I bought high quality replacement parts on Rockauto, both sides, for $170. Tie rods are also one of the simplest repairs to make on a truck, so likely would have been done in 1 hour. I always do all of my own repairs anyway, but I’m not impressed with this attempt to take advantage of people who don’t know any better.

    My girl just bought a used car which is a great car but the tires had good tread but dry rot and one of the tires went flat. Stoped at NTB and Brent took care of us right away. Then my man Gary got our tire replaced within 20 minutes. Offered an exceptional price. Definitely an honest shop!
