  I had a great experience getting one of my tires changed in NTB Northwest Fwy Houston, Tx. Odis Gee and Abe were both very professional, friendly, and very efficient.They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The shop was clean and well organized. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for future service and highly recommend them to anyone needing tire work.

  Came in for a Inspection and a PM, and now going over 3 hours waiting for completion. I brought to their attention that I've seen several customers come and go and I believe you all forgot about me. They seemed frustrated over my inquiry. Won't be back to this location. I advise if you come to this location that you stay on top of them because they will skip you. Chaos and not organized enough to prevent being skipped over.

  Odis took great care of me today at the NTB off 290! Since my move to Houston a year ago I have been skeptical about finding a new car care place especially since I trusted my last one so much, but this NTB has always quoted me fair prices and been willing to work with me on various issues. My service today coordinated by Odis was once again prompt and reliable. Thank you NTB!

  I bought a 60 month battery for my 2003 F-150 truck on 10-21-21 from NTB. Since the battery hasn't reached the 60 month life, I bought it back to the NTB location at 13171 Northwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77040.To my dismay, the sales agent told me there wouldn't be any proration because NTB is now MAVIS. I was told that this battery will not have a warranty because I was carrying the battery out. That's a terrible policy. I noticed that the NTB signage is displayed interiorly and exteriorly. The agent told me that the MAVIS took over NTB about 3 years ago. The new battery worked and now my truck is now operating. However, this will be my last transaction with this company. I have many friends and family here in the Houston area. I'll make sure to inform them to stay away from MAVIS, NTB or whatever your new name might be.

  I been to other tire shops but this particular one has been such a wonderful experience! Anthony and Abian were such a great help. They took care of my needs and made sure my truck was well maintained. All employees were helpful and friendly. I will be returning and recommending this location.
