  Since the acquisition of NTB on the I‑10 East Freeway, the improvements have been undeniable. The service quality, cleanliness, staffing, and the warm welcome you receive the moment you walk in have all elevated the customer experience. Richard Chavez leads by example with his professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment to making every customer feel heard. His leadership clearly influences the entire team—the pride they take in their work and the timeliness of their service consistently show. Whether I’ve needed an oil change, help with service‑light notifications, new tires, or an alignment, I’ve been completely satisfied every time. I visited this location four times last year, and each visit reinforced the same thing: this team is capable, consistent, and solution‑oriented. Kudos to Richard and the entire Mavis Tire team. Keep up the great work.

  Thank you Terrence and Dr. Dre! I came on Monday for 2 tires and realized by Wednesday what the heck, I may as well get the other 2 and an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment and these guys got me in and out. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality. Make sure to stop at this location for all of your car maintenance needs!

  We visited this location for new tires. They went over options and cost. Once the tires were put on Fernando suggested an alignment. He showed us why and we agreed. Fernando and the other guys gave great service and answered every concern we had per our purchase. We previously brought tires from Discount Tire on FM2234 and didn’t get the best service and cost was higher. Thank you NTB

  Don’t go anywhere else! As someone who runs experience and customer process for companies, I’m extremely attentive to the door-to-door journey when I seek service myself. This is, hands down, one of the most fine-tuned teams I’ve encountered at any company in Houston — no exaggeration. Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable. Every customer was treated with the same level of care and respect. Terrance (“Dr. Dre”) up front and Malik in the garage are a sharp duo. I’ll absolutely be back and would recommend them without hesitation.

  I’ve been a long time customer of NTB, but my experience at the 6015 FM 2920 location with the new manager, Brad Moses, was completely different in the best way. From the initial phone call to the in person visit, Brad was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping. He took the time to personally identify the issues with my vehicle and explain everything clearly without any pressure. Brad is also supported by a friendly and knowledgeable team that made the entire experience even better. Every team member I interacted with was helpful, professional, and clearly worked well together to make sure everything was handled correctly. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Brad and his team consistently showed professionalism and honesty throughout the entire process. I felt respected and valued, and because of that I will definitely continue bringing my business to this location. Highly recommend working with Brad and his team if you are looking for outstanding service.
