However, my experience with Taylor at Mister Car Wash completely changed that. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable about Mister Car Wash’s products, memberships, and overall value. She didn’t just try to “sell” me, she educated me. Every question I had was answered clearly, confidently, and honestly. Her understanding of the product and her professionalism immediately built trust, and that trust is exactly why I decided to cancel my Bluewave membership and switch to Mister Car Wash. Employees like Taylor are rare. She represents the brand at a management level already, whether her title reflects that or not. In my opinion, she absolutely deserves to be promoted to a manager. I want to be very clear: Taylor is the reason I chose Mister Car Wash, and she is the reason I will continue to stay. If she is not recognized, valued, and promoted for the level of service she provides, I would seriously reconsider maintaining a membership here. Outstanding employee. Outstanding experience.
