I shocking watch the entire incident as my car got hit several times by the car behind mine, thus damaging the back bumper. The General Manager had poor people skills: nervous, unconvincing about faulty cameras and basically wanted me out of his sight . He was unreachable by phone, thus frustrating me so much that I drove by, canceled my platinum membership. When I told him that I would google review, suddenly there was action. My car was repaired by River Oaks Body Shop. The inconvenience left me feeling bad because I had never experienced such before. I have always liked the wash team and will miss their smiles while working so hard.

- BLBich LeNov 18, 20251.0my coworker got a car wash here her english is not very good her car got messed up from this specific location not only are they not giving her money to repair her car from their machine they aren’t even picking up her phone calls to settle. the people are rude and not owning up to their mistakes or fixing it according please do not go here if they mess up your car you will not get repaired fees so messed up this buisness needs to close down. the management is horrible.
