My railing was sticking STRAIGHT up but the employees tried “fixing” it. They didn’t even offer to refund my money. Only thing that was offered to me was a number for customer service and tape to patch up my truck. I patron this location WEEKLY so i was quite shocked and very disappointed at the lack of urgency, concern, empathy and response from the Assistant Manager, Store Manager and regional manager. All three of which were extremely difficult to reach! The regional manager totally stopped responding to my phone calls. It was quite the unpleasant and EXPENSIVE experience. I highly recommend avoiding this location AND business. And the response by this bot feels like gaslighting because I’ve called that number and send emails to that address with ZERO RESPONSE OR HELP! This is infuriating!!
