The staff member at the payment/entry machine was extremely rude, impatient, and disrespectful. For a business that takes your money every month, this kind of service is ridiculous. If you’re nearby, just go to the Holcombe location. This location is poorly run and not worth the headache.
- GMGregory MontelaroMar 5, 20261.0Check your credit card account. Starting in March they are randomly adding an extra $7 to their platinum memberships upgrading them to "Titanium" level. If they've done it to one account...they've done it to God knows how many. You can never get them on the phone and if you cancel your membership, they won't refund it. It's not about the $7. It's about them taking the credit card information you trusted them with and committing fraud.
