This is the only car wash I’ve ever used where, every time and at every location, I get back into my car and everything has been adjusted and not put back. There is no reason to touch the seats, mirrors, or buttons. If anything is adjusted, it must be returned exactly as found. This is a consistent issue and is hurting your reputation.

It took several attempts. He patiently tried a few options, careful not to damage the paint, and finally removed it 100%. I am super grateful and beyond satisfied with his service.

Got platinum cleaning plus tip for $50 then had to come home to clean it more… I mentioned that I was taking it to sell right after the clean but they didn’t even get some bird poop off the hood. Inside had crumbs and wasn’t wiped down at all. Seems like a lot of money for me to still have to clean/vacuum/wipe it down.
