- HAHuss Alzaidi2 days ago2.0Today is sunday jan 11 2026, I went to wash my car here after a long night driving as I am a member with mister from long time, the machine didn't work properly as the two overhead brushs stops without cleaning, and the cleaning water and drying air cut off in the middle of the cycle, and their was an employee at exit was shouting to go back to wash again ??? Why i go back to wash my car again, I don't have to waste anymore I was very tired, also here in this location they force you to by a vaccum, and will not allow you to vacuum your car yourself, you have to pay 15 $ each time you vacuum!! Why? Does that make sense ??

I’ve been a platinum member since I moved to Houston back in 2016 and they’ve always taken great care of my vehicles. The staff works hard, the line moves quickly, and my car always comes out looking fresh. I still remember when they offered popcorn to customers and sold my favorite car freshener Sweet Grace. Bring it back. This location has never disappointed me and I highly recommend it.
