  I’ve been to many other Mister Car Wash locations in Houston and this way by far the best wash and dry of my car. I usually spend 5+ mins hand-drying my car after going thru the wash, but it took about 30 seconds today. There’s no vacuums here which sucks, but I will definitely be back for the wash. 🧼 🧽 🚙 I told the employee that it was “no limpia” when I meant to say it was not wet 😆 so I even learned how to say “dry” in Spanish today. Mi coche está muy seco!

  This place is a joke. My car was still so dirty when I left and when I asked if she was going to clean the rims she said she did, and when I wiped the rim and showed her my black finger from the dirt she said they don’t clean that. Don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else. Floor mats were also still filthy and they are weather tech mats. They are very easy to clean but they still couldn’t get that right

  My experience here was not very good because I bought the Titanium Interior Car Wash, which included a full interior cleaning. It was stated in the Platinum Interior package that a renovation cream would be applied with a proper interior clean-out. Despite that, the inside door panels still had dirt on them. They did not apply the cream, nor did they do the proper wipe-out. Also, not all the seats were dirty, but on my back seat, there were one or two items—pillows, etc.—and I had asked them to remove those and vacuum the seat, which they did not do. Additionally, my foot mats were only washed with water, and when they dried, the dirt marks were still there. I am absolutely not satisfied. I feel that they did not actually provide me the Platinum Interior package; I think they just gave me the basic cleaning package. I feel like the staff who cleaned the interior had no idea that I had purchased the Platinum one, which was supposed to have proper interior cleaning and renovation cream. That is what I think. And even if it was just the basic one, the basic one was also done very poorly.

  My first visit to this location was outstanding. Normally, I use the exterior only (membership) lane, but I needed a more thorough cleaning, interior & exterior. The staff were friendly & helpful. The work completes was FAR better than several other locations I usually visit. It was a busy time, so they got a bit backed up - but not too badly.
