- RTRhieichen TobiahsDec 23, 20253.0I came to the car wash around 1:20pm 12-23-2025. I originally signed up at the Fry rd location. Super kind people btw at fry rd. Anyways after getting my wash I proceeded to park in the back to vacuum my car. I went from one vacuum to the other in the back. Both had bad suction. I then moved to the front, where I met (ANDY). I informed (ANDY) about the low suction , with the back to vacuums, and if the one in the front was low I was going to give a negative review. You know what (ANDY) did? (ANDY) decided it was OK to shrug his shoulders at me giving me (THE CUSTOMER) the impression that he didn’t give a flying freak. I’m getting really tired of these corporations hiring these people that just don’t care about the business or about the customers. No, I will admit the manager they come out and she did acknowledge my concern and she did apologize. Sweet soul by the way, That’s why I’m going to give you guys a three star because of how she mediated the situation. You guys need to have a conversation with Andy and ask him if he sees a future here at Mister car wash. I’m willing to be that you guys are gonna have another complaint within about two weeks for Andy’s negative behavior. Anyways, that’s a premonition.

El carro queda todo mojado y sucio y me tengo que bajar a secarlo porque si no lo seco se mancha. Ya ni le quieren echar el remojado que le echaban antes. Y cuando vas a usar el vacuum muchas veces no funciona. Búscate otro car Wash que sea mejor y den un buen servicio.

- RHR HOct 21, 20251.0Their drive thru wash is pretty standard but their extended detail service is extremely lame. They state when questioned that they gently wipe interrior surfaces with a dry rag if you have something dried on a surface it just gets that dusting and you are finished. Enjoy.....
