  This is the worst location for mister car wash. Even they listed their closing time 8 PM Monday to Friday. Most of the time by 7 o'clock they are closed and refuse service totally disappointed at this place.

  Went to get a wash and was helped by a gentleman named Carlos. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Offered me a member service with great pricing. Highly recommending this place. !!!

  Honestly I’m pissed. I went to this car wash about 2 weeks ago and once I came out and went to pull around to vacuum my car I noticed my driver side mirror panel was gone. I told the manager on I’m assuming key holder on duty he was very nice went and looked at the cameras and came back out and said yes I saw it was on there then when you came out it was off. They searched inside of the car wash and they determined that they think that it fell down and to the tracks so I came back at 7 PM and there was another manager there He did find my mirror and gave it back to me, but it was cracked and broken and when I noticed it after he handed it to me, he said wasn’t like that before, and I looked at him and I said no, and he was like I haven’t gotten a chance to look at the cameras and I said OK, well are we gonna order another one because this is broken and I didn’t come in with it broken a few scratches would’ve been fine but it’s broken so now I can’t even go through another car wash. Well, he didn’t give me an answer then I tried calling back several times in fact I called back like 20 times and no one picked up. So I’ll be showing up tomorrow and I’m not gonna be very nice about getting my shit taken care of because I shouldn’t have to be showing up to get some thing that was broken in your car wash fixed. Your managers need to do better as someone who is several so that is not how you go about things and look at the camera before I left and then put the report in and ordered my part. My information should be in the system so somebody needs to call me either way. I’m still going up there tomorrow, but somebody from corporate needs to call me because this is very unprofessional.

  Customer service was terrible. Seems like the people there hate their jobs and don’t really want to help. When that shouldn’t be the case. Also the quality of the wash for the price was not worth in my opinion. Could’ve done a better job myself with a $10 wash.
