After the wash, the entire back side and tailgate of my truck were still dirty — I could run my finger across it and it was still brown. There were also several other areas on the truck that were not cleaned well. When I pointed out the back, I was told they don’t always wash that area because of the hitch and that “the roller sometimes gets stuck.” I understand equipment limitations, but this should be explained before the wash. If I hadn’t said anything, it seems the back just wouldn’t have been washed at all. For the price, and especially when being asked for a tip, the overall wash should be more thorough, or at least communicated clearly upfront.
