Management did respond professionally, replaced the parts after some times wait to let the parts arrive later that week and installed. Only thing is it’s never left the same as it was originally. Then happened second time with smaller damage just didn’t say anything. These washes are convenient fast and cost friendly but keep in mind some damages can occur.
