I was four days late paying my car note and they were talking about repo and actually disabled my car while I was at work if it wasn’t for Angelica, I would’ve been stuck at work and the crazy part. I was on my way to pay my car note when they disabled my car one woman I spoke to didn’t have no heart or compassion at all, but Angelica understood the situation and stayed late to help me get the problem resolved. I would have given this place five stars, but they don’t deserve it. She on the other hand do deserve five stars. I never heard of a place that cut your car after four days behind for a few hundred dollars that was prosperous, but I thank Angelica and they need more people like how to work there may be place would be better and get five stars or more.

She’s literally so kind and helpful always has a great attitude and will work with you to make sure you have the best service possible. When I call and anyone other than Amanda answers I hang up because she’s the only tolerable person there. She’s helped me out so much in the past with payments that I wish I could get her a Christmas gift because she truly deserves it. I’m definitely recommending more people this place for as long as she works there. Amanda is the best and I promise you she will figure out any problems you may have. She’s always kind and supportive and has a great attitude.
