I came in for a car wash and a car inspection and was told it would take about an hour. Time kept passing with no updates. After three hours, I finally went to ask about my car, and James told me they had only washed it and never even did the inspection. I told them to just give me the car back, only to find out that the car had been sitting there the entire three hours with no wash and no inspection. Absolutely ridiculous.
The manager on duty was completely useless and didn’t offer anything to make this right. Terrible, terrible service.

I recently had an issue with my vehicle where my phone wasn’t connecting to my car through Apple CarPlay. I took my vehicle to Sewell and I had a great experience working with Morgan. She made sure the problem was resolved, kept me updated throughout the way, and provided the best customer service I could’ve asked for. Did service on Friday, Mr. Patel was very courtesy and professional. No car wash provided due to "mechanical issues", was offered for coming back next day, a bit let down with $900+ full service (competitor at greenway offers 20% discount).

WARNING!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Find another dealership or licensed repair facility. I took my car here for service and it turned into an ongoing long drawn out nightmare! They damaged my wheels and tires and put me through hell getting it fixed. They try to weasel out of accountability and the service department is reckless, careless, and destructive in how they handle your car. They will damage your car then try to find any and every way to dodge accountability while trying to make you pay more money for services. I ABSOLUTELY HATE AND REGRET THAT I EVER TOOK MY CAR TO THIS PLACE! Worse experience of my life.
