  Their service is top notch, my service advisor name is Anthony and he was excellent. He was very responsive and always kept us updated, all over work was done under CPO warranty so it didn't cost anything. Mercedes greenway cant even come close to this.

  While this dealership is filled with with beautiful vehicles and smiling faces all day everyday providing customer satisfaction and amazing deals on a new vehicles to drive your family around safely in stands in the back “ Ceci” working harder than anyone else baking cookies for well over 1000 employees and customers daily, the smell of the cookies brings back a moment from my childhood when my mother use to bake. Ceci provides a service for all of us and we should be grateful, I recommend an award to this hard working woman and others that do her job with love care kindness and patience. We all thank you for what you do for us

  We just purchased our first ever Mercedes, a brand new 2026 Mercedes GLE 53 Coupe, from Sewell Mercedes-Benz of West Houston and the experience exceeded every expectation we had. This review is specifically for our salesman, Donovan Stiner, because without him, we truly would have just looked and left. Donovan has only been with Sewell for a couple of months, but you would never know it. From the moment we met him, he was humble, polite, attentive, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted. He did not push anything on us. Instead, he started by asking the right questions. What we liked, what we needed, what we were open to, and what our timeline looked like. We were very clear that we were only there to look and were planning to buy next December once our Audi S5 warranty expired. What stood out most was how natural and enjoyable the entire process felt. Donovan walked us through every option, explained features clearly, and never rushed us. Despite being new, his knowledge and confidence would make you assume he had been there for years. We even discovered a few features together while exploring the vehicles, which made the experience fun and memorable rather than transactional. Seeing how genuinely excited he was alongside us made a six figure purchase feel special instead of stressful. Because of Donovan, we ended up purchasing that day. He represented us extremely well, worked hard to make sure we got a great deal, and helped us find a vehicle we absolutely love. We are beyond happy with our new Mercedes and the experience we had. If you are even remotely considering a Mercedes, ask for Donovan Stiner. Sewell already has an incredible reputation, but Donovan elevated the experience even further. We could not recommend him more highly.

  The service agents (Lauren and Morgan) are extremely professional and does everything they can to facilitate getting issues addressed. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the technicians. I’ve brought my vehicle in multiple times to address clicking sounds while driving, particularly when I first drive off or am turning. Likely a warranty covered cv joint issue. Months later the problem persists so I had no choice but to have this handled by another location.
