This place was amazingly efficient. I have never had a muffler issue and didn't know where to go. So I’ve been a noisy mess. Left town for a month and when I got back my battery was dead. Jump started it and decided to go ahead and get the muffler done at NTB because it showed it as a service along with a new battery… but they didn’t do mufflers at that location. The gentlemen was so kind to share this place to me. So I called them up from NTB and they said just come right over. They were literally waiting for me. The car was up and muffler fixed/welded/repaired almost as fast as I was able to get my wallet out to pay. They were transparent with the pricing and honest about not needing to replace the whole thing. Highly recommend.

I brought my car here for a noise coming from under the hood. I was charged $300 and told the issue was fixed. Within 10 minutes of driving home, the exact same noise returned.
I went back immediately, expecting a recheck or at least a proper conversation. Instead, I was ignored and treated very strangely. No reinspection, no test drive, no accountability — just avoidance.
What really raised concern was that I was pushed to pay in cash, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional for a legitimate repair shop. Combined with the refusal to stand behind their work, this raises serious questions about their business practices.
The mechanics themselves may be capable, but the front-desk/management behavior is unacceptable. Taking money, claiming a repair is complete, and then refusing to address the same issue right away is not how a trustworthy shop operates.
I would not recommend this place if you value transparency, professionalism, and customer service.

If I can give this place no stars I would. Yesterday I came in to get my oil pressure sensor replaced and to also do an oil change. The owner tells me we can change your sensor but if a light doesn’t go off it’s not our fault because people come in and blame them for things. I told him okay go ahead and change everything out that I ask for. They did the service, so halfway home my oil gauge drops. I didn’t turn around I continue home because I live in Dayton. When my husband got off work he looked at my truck and told me the red switch on the connector was broken. Even tho it’s connected it’s really not making full connection because the clip(switch) is broken. If you know anything about these clips they can easily break if you are not careful or just take it off wrong. I told him I will take it back tomorrow so they can look at it and maybe replace the part that was broken by them. I called the next morning around 0700 and spoke with the lady that’s at the desk, off the back she recommending zip tying it back if they don’t have the part. I told her that will not hold. She told me to bring it in and they will look at it. The owner (little Chihuahua) didn’t even let me explain he kept talking over me. I told him several times to lower his tone with me. He accused me of messing up my own truck. He stated I told her(the lady who answer phones) that you will be back accusing us of messing something up. I ask him why would you say that. For you to say that you must have known you messed something up. When he didn’t calm down I gave him the same energy back and he didn’t like it one bit so Chihuahua what makes you think I would. You can’t talk to people any kind of way and think they are not going to say anything. I have never been treated like this before at any professional establishments. The crazy part was him accusing me of harassment after I cussed him out for being disrespectful. He had his staff thinking I was there accusing them of breaking the sensor and that’s why my check engine light is on. I never said anything about my check engine light and I know why that is on it has nothing to do with what I ask you to do. This guy is rude loud disrespectful. He doesn’t let anyone get a word in. He think that he’s always right and he loves to hear his self talk. You keep coming at people like that everybody is not going to be as nice as I was. I put a picture of the part I ordered today that was broken.
