  I went there to pick up a part from my boss These people gave me the wrong part And when I came back, do a rude, and did it not accept my part back for me I had to talk to the owner. He was really not nice. I need it. I need to bring the receipt and my boss had the receipt and they had the number on the part and I drove so much back-and-forth to get this problem fixed but these people do not know what they’re doing.

  This one was the worst experience in buying parts ever You always give you the wrong part and their attitude is horrible I would never ever go back to them The prices are so high you better just go to eBay or online in order the partial free 30 days free return from online order. These people don’t respect or honor anything it takes months to get your return. Very very unorganized

  I'm the proud owner of a vintage Mercedes and I can confidently say that Lonestar Imports has helped me to find the part I needed when I need it in a pinch! Jay, the employee who helped me today, was so helpful to me in being patient with my inquiries for parts on my Mercedes. As well, the staff here who pull the parts from the lot are quick and knowledgable of the specific parts that I needed. After sometime searching for parts through other online sellers and not getting the parts I needed, I am happy to know that Lonestar Imports offers better customer service AND quality parts! They beat out eBay! I want to recognize that Ray has just about the kindest team backing his business. Please recognize Jay, Jose, and Kevin for their time in assisting me with my car related needs! And shop locally at Lonestar Imports!

  I appreciate them having the part I needed for my Range Rover but everyone I encountered that worked there were 100% disrespectful and arrogant. First, they lied about how they would cut the part I needed. Secondly when I drove around the back of the salvage yard for them to load the part on my truck, I ended up with 3 bolts in two of my tires because of how trashy the salvage yard was cleaned. When I went up front to let them know the part was not cut the way the worker said it would be cut, every guy that works up front were 100% disrespectful and basically acted like they didn't care at all about cutting the part properly. I would not recommend going here unless you absolutely cannot find the part elsewhere. These people think they are above people that come to buy parts from them and shows no respect to their clients. They don't deserve your money, spend it where you are respected.

  I call them asking for front struts boths side on 2011 bmw 740li and they coute me 250 I offer 200 they said yes I drive 40 minutes when I got there they want to charge me $400 for boths I said I just call and spoke to you and he was like maybe I dint heard you or dint understand you but is 200 each scamer trying to upcharge you when you there they give you 1 price over the phone when you get there is different price stay away front lone star imports
