Google Maps takes you to a closed entrance and you’ll have to double around (the actual entrance is north of the transit center). We had an issue with our QR code allowing us in to the garage and then not letting us out. It took several attempts to get customer service at 1 am and after about twenty minutes we were finally released, but wow. Next time I’ll just pay $20 and park in a lot closer to NRG.
