- GBGlen B5 days ago1.0Parked here and paid for 2 hrs. Received a $100 fine because I stayed 2 hrs and 20 minutes. I disputed the charge as a first time offender, apologized, and offered to pay an extra hour due to my accidental oversight. They refused and said that I have to pay the fee. I won't be using this facility again and encouraging others to avoid.

First off, when you enter this garage, The Time IN/Time Out Machine doesn't issue you a coupon, So i pressed the Help button, and a voice from other end told me Time IN/Time OUT is all accounted via License Plate readers. Then I asked where do you insert the credit card to pay when you leave, she said, there is no such machine and you have to do it on the Internet. Their APP is extremely buggy. The QR code barely works, and their fees are exorbitant. Not to mention the stink from urine all over this place. I Registered for a subscription using their APP, entered my Credit card details, got a account number issued, , and was told that payment is deducted via license Plate recognition. I thought everything is supposed to work on its own However, a few days later got a letter in the mail for Parking violation demanding $400+ . Do yourself a favor and use the other garages in the area.
