But when I went to pick up my car the first time, it wouldn’t start because the battery was dead. They jumped it and told me to let it run 20 min. I drove home (13 min) and waited another 20mins. Tried again later and battery was dead again. Called them and they said “battery can die due to extreme heat.” My battery was from November and in good condition I never had issues with this battery before this, so that didn’t make sense. When a car is in the shop for weeks they should take care of the battery. After waiting weeks for my car, I had to buy a new battery. Recommend this place to fix your car, but just to make sure, know your battery condition and basic things so it won’t happen to you the same as me. I don’t think my battery is dead due to “extreme heat” when my car has been parked outside forever, so it’s very frustrating and disappointing with this lack of care for something as basic as maintaining the battery
