  All these people care about is selling you something. I had oil stains all on my hood and door handles and the area of the handle when I left. My car is white! Everything they sale you is three to four times the normal price and then they act like they are giving you a discount. If I come for an oil change change my oil. If I ask for an inspection, inspect my car. Policy should be to ask before you start the process, would you like me to check your filters or check your fluids. So you don’t waste my time doing so. I came for a service, so do that! It’s a violation of my privacy for you to rummage through my glove box or under my dash to search for a cabin filter I could purchase for $14 at the auto parts, or Amazon. Oil change at the Honda dealership is cheaper with a coupon they give. I have no problem paying for anything but I don’t want to fill raped or violated by Jiffy Lupe and Jiffy Lube technician trying to give me this spill about what they want to sale me. Then to top it off you come in to ask me have I had any trouble out of my car starting and say, I got busy but been meaning to tell you that now your car will not start. If I arrive to your shop before everyone including your employees why would you not focus on my situation until you get me finished. Anyway, You show me that the car will not start telling me this is what my battery output is and this is what it should be to start your car. I remain adamant I have not had any trouble and all of a sudden the car starts and has not struggled to start or remain running anymore since I left Jiffy Lube. It has almost been three weeks and it’s starting and running strong) This place is a rip off the techs are focusing on ripping you off to make a sale, not what you have hired them to do! Stop violating people privacy and trying to force over priced services on people. It will not hurt you to ask, Mam would you like me to inspect anything else …. Fluids, filters etc.? Don’t take my filters out unless I ask you to do so! I don’t want oil on my interior from you all rummaging to find the filter with your filthy hands and then getting oil everywhere for something I didn’t ask you to do when you go to that area of the glove box or under dash to put it back. My neighborhood app needs to be warned about the business tactics you all practice. It’s not ethical, it’s not fair and it’s way over priced. This day I needed an inspection and opted to allow you all to change the oil. My husband was going to change my oil and had already purchased the filter and oil, but because we had a death in the family and I was already there I asked you to change the oil keep my husband from focusing on that.

  I went to get a simple safety inspection and they tried to upsell me a cabin filter, which I respectfully declined because I do my own maintenance at home and I noticed they took more than an hour to get the glove box back where it goes. Fast-forward a week later when I go to check my glove box, I noticed that the tabs were either extremely warped or almost broken when I went to go confront them about it the manager simply said that’s how they are. I’ve been doing this for 25 years and there’s nothing we can do please people take your vehicles even for a simple inspection to a place that has an actual mechanic or simply someone that knows what they’re doing before they touch your vehicle.
