I came and they recommended a brake fluid change, claiming the fluid was evidently old based on the color. I accepted. 4 months later on my next oil change (I drive a lot for work), they recommended the same brake fluid change saying the fluid was old from the color again. Either they didn't change it last time and charged me or they are lying about it being old and needing replacement. Also, one time before this I came and the dude that came upfront walked up to ask what I needed and I asked for only changing the oil filter, because the oil was changed recently but they proceeded to change the oil anyways when it was already new oil.

During the testing, there was apparently a malfunction with the machine, even though they had told me my test already passed- turns out this was a printer issue. However, once I turned my car on the next day, it was clicking to start and my dashboard lights were all lit up and I was very concerned so I brought it back in and they told me they didn’t know what this could be. I went to my Mechanic and filed a complaint with Corporate. I was contacted by the store manager who told me to bring the car to their mechanic and they would take a look at it. That mechanic ended up telling me I needed a new starter for $700 which I declined. My car was still lit up like a Christmas tree so I took it back to my mechanic who ended up finding a bad cell on the battery. I contacted the store manager and requested they replace my battery or reimburse me for one, I was told the manager’s manager would contact me and I haven’t heard anything. I am very disappointed in my experience here. I feel like there has been dishonesty with what occurred to my car and the fact that the mechanic was saying i had a bad starter when that wouldn’t have even addressed the actual issue. I also don’t understand how I could have absolutely no problem prior to them touching my vehicle and then my car will barely start now. I literally live less than half a mile away and simply drove my car straight home after the emissions testing and was not able to start it properly the next day. I need this situation addressed appropriately and rectified.
