- ALAustin Lover3 days ago3.0I've been going to this Jiffy Lube location for over a decade. It reliably does oil changes and other services. But...not sure if it's Jiffy Lube corporate or not, but they now spend SO MUCH TIME UPSELLING YOU. When a technician calls you to their computer for consultation about your vehicle, you'll see screen after screen of "suggested" service items, some of which are pretty costly. Their POS software seems to comb through every part of your car, looking for items to ding. It can be convenient to let them handle multiple services, of course, but hang on to your wallet and be prepared to decline any services you hadn't planned on doing, especially if you have a tight budget. Side note: for me, cabin & air filter replacement, plus full synthetic oil change was around $250 before a $25 online coupon. Be sure to visit the Jiffy Lube website before you go, and see if they have any specials running.

He was very professional, up-beat/energetic, great communication, and really went Above & Beyond! Thank you Demetro! (I hope I am spelling his name correctly).
- NBNick BaliscticFeb 28, 20262.0I’m honestly very disappointed, this is the only shop I take my car to get an oil change and tire rotation for them not to tell me this wheel hub has messed up studs is crazy. Found out at another shop I was running on three wheel studs. Only like 2 guys I’ve seen really know what they are doing. The rest shouldn’t be touching cars period. I’m sending my complaint to corporate this is unacceptable. The Hispanic gentleman upfront is very professional and sounds like he know what he is talking about unlike last time I took my car to get brakes , the white guy with shades and backpack with short shorts couldn’t even tell me the issue that one time with my car sounded like he’s never really worked on cars. The white chubby guy told me he was a higher up for the shop. What a joke.
