I called the location and the AI answering machine told me they could do generator oil changes on some models and to bring it in to get it looked at. They didn’t even want to look at it. And they didn’t even know their own clearance for their shop. Simply looking at my vehicle, they were like “nah”. I got greeted, and I’m not exaggerating, verbatim “you serious bro? You should have come earlier!” Why have hours that say 6 if you stop wanting to do anything at 5:30. Other places have gotten my oil change done in 10 minutes. Very disapointed
