- HGHeather Gette6 days ago1.0I hate writing bag reviews but this place was horrible. They guy trying to upsell me everything couldn't even finish a sentence and would only talk to me in the bay. I told him I couldn't hear him and he just kept rambling on, running from thought to thought taking to himself/me. It was very confusing. He initially said I had multiple things needing to be changed, then only talked about one which did NOT need to be changed. Offered a discount so I would do it, but I didn't need that service. I did request that they fill my back left tire with a little air, and they said they would. When I drove off I noticed not only was it not filled, the contents of my glove box were strewn across my dashboard, the light for my oil change hadn't been reset, and he never told me the other items that supposedly needed to be fixed.
